Melamine is paper that has been impregnated with resin (thickness about 0,2 mm) which is used to cover furniture boards. There is a very broad selection of decorative papers with the most common ones imitating natural wood. The furniture industry uses melamine boards mainly for cabinet frames and doors. Melamine is the most economical, durable and easily maintained material.
